We have been constructing homes since 1973, throughout many areas in Southern Ontario.

We previously constructed under the trade name of C & R Contracting,but decided to focus our energies more on environmental housing and thus incorporated under the name of Kolapore Construction Inc. ( fyi...name was inspired by a tract of land in Grey County by the name of Kolapore Uplands where we were located for a great number of years; this tract is jointly owned & operated by various organizations dedicated to conservation & preservation ...a beautiful place to hike, bike & ski)

In 2000 We had an opportunity to build a Liefhebber designed home in Hockley, just north of Caledon, for the Wilson family.
